This beautifully carved Maori Waka Paddle makes a great gift for anyone, and could be an alternative to a 21st key, or given as a business or corporate gift.
The waka paddle is carved on top, and and has paua shell (abalone) eyes. Note that it is carved at the bottom of the paddle and at the top of the handle, where the carving is a koruru (Maori face with protruding tongue).
The back of the waka (canoe) paddle is flat and it has a hole near the top of the handle, so the waka paddle can be hung on the wall.
For a 21st gift or corporate gift, you could present the Waka Hoe on a stand, and we can get the stand engraved for an additional fee, or the back of the hoe, or both.
